I had the type of classic car appraisal training that you can only get when you literally grow up in the business. Both my mother and my father were long time members of NSRA, and my mother was Lynn Hubbard. Lynn professionally appraised classic cars, hot-rods, street rods, muscle cars etc. in the Central Valley for over twenty years and was a very well known and respected figure in the classic car community.
Growing up with parents that were street rod and classic car fanatics, I grew up around restoration shops and traveling with them to participate in literally hundreds of car shows.
I personally own several classic cars including a 1964 Corvette, a 1981 Corvette, a 1958 Chevrolet Yeoman Wagon, a 1948 Pontiac Silver Streak as well as a 1941 Ford Deluxe Coupe. These vehicles have participated in, and are displayed by me at dozens of automotive events every year.
Not only do I personally do much of the maintenance and repairs on my car collection myself, I have also been an active member of the NSRA safety team for more than five years, and have been a general member of the NSRA for in excess of twenty five years.
I am also a long time advisory board member for the NADA Classic Car, Exotic and Muscle Car Guide book and participate in helping them establish values for their publication.
In addition I am a collector of antiques with, among other things a collection of 42 rare and valuable collector peddle cars.
In 2016, in an effort to expand my classic car appraisal business I went through and graduated Jeff Hyman’s week long one on one training program and am now a member of the Classic Auto Appraiser team, representing the whole California Central Valley.
